The Mad Hatter is a 2-tier circle skirt pinup design that is very feminine, flirty, and fun! The bodice features a purple "coat" over the harlequin vest, topped off with the Mad Hatter's signature huge bow tie. It is divided into 3 sections that curve around the bustline for a nice fitted look. The entire bodice is fully lined and edged in black bias. The neck ties in purple are adjustable with a D ring. The first tier continues the purple coat fabric and is trimmed in black bias. The pocket is topped and lined with the stunning bow tie fabric. The lower skirt is a beautiful aqua, matching the colors in the vest, also trimmed in black bias. The waistband and neckbands are matching purple kona cotton. Waist ties, in aqua, are long enough to tie in front or back with a lovely bow.
