shamrocks edged in gold. The bottom skirt and the neck bands remind one of the Irish flag in bands of green, white and gold with large shamrocks. The waistband and ties feature a scattering of
shamrocks in various shades of green on a white background punctuated with tiny gold dots. The 2-tier circle skirt pinup design is very feminine and flirty and perfect for your St. Patrick's Day shenanigans (or any day you want to look glam while engaging in shenanigans).
The bodice and single lined pocket are trimmed in gold bias and edged with green rack rack. The bodice is fully lined for extra durability and protection from spills. The neck straps are adjustable with a D-ring.
