This is a fun 2-tier circle skirt pinup design that is very soft, feminine and flirty! The main fabric features baby Dumbo on a light yellow background. The second tier fabric is a dark gray and white polka dot print. The waistband and ties are in a light gray and white polka dot, creating a beautiful contrast. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline trimmed in light gray bias and accented with white rack rack.
